The procedure and conditions of booking the VIP-service at the Airport

The procedure and conditions of booking the VIP-service at the Airport:

1. VIP-service booking:
The booking by standard tariff should be made no later than 24 hours before flight arrival.
The booking by urgent tariff (extra fee) can be made less than 24 hours before flight arrival for the flight, arriving next day. The extra urgent booking (standard tariff + extra payment, depending on the number of persons) should be made no later than 5 hours before the flight arrival at the day of flight. The reservations are received by the manager of our Moscow office by e-mail  info@excursion-in-moscow.com or by fax +7 (495) 648-29-15. You should fill in the VIP- service application form on week-days from 09:00 till 17:00 or you can book on-line. If you send the application form by e-mail, please write in the line “Subject” the date of your flight and the surname of  the first person + the number of total persons, for example: 10.01.2006 – Simpson+ 2


2.  Booking confirmation:
Standard booking and booking, which is sent later than 24 hours before the flight arrival, to be confirmed during 30 minutes, urgent booking (which made at the day of the flight) to be confirmed during 1 (one) hour. On the received confirmation of the booking you will see the price (“The amount of … to be paid. Date”) and the booking is to be sent to the customer by fax. In case if you didn’t receive our confirmation – please call to our manager to check whether your booking received or not.

3. Booking changes:
Any changes in the booking (date, flight, Air company, direction, number of passengers or names) are involving the following:

1.Cancellation of the previous booking ( you should cancel it in written form).
2. Make the booking of new reservation with all updated data ( you should send it in written form by e-mail or by fax). Do not write the changes on the previous booking!

If you want to make the changes for the reservation, which is booked for week-end, then you should send the cancellation of the previous booking and new updated booking in written form by fax +7 (495) 648-29-15 and additionally call to our manager to the telephone +7 (495) 741-58-58.

4. Information about representative person:
If the customer has his own representative person at the airport, he must inform the contacts of this person to our manager.

5. Changes during realizing the service:
If there are changes on the flight (the customer missed his flight and arrived/departed with another flight number; the customer arrived with other people, which were not mentioned in the booking, etc) occurred during providing the service by our representative (without preliminary booking), then after providing the VIP-service at the Airport, our representative at the Airport informs the manager at the office about all changes, then the manager asks the customer to provide all cancellations and new updated information in written form. Then the booking has the following tariffs:

  1. 100% fine for the cancellation less then 24 hours before the flight arrival;
  2. New booking is to be paid as a standard booking + extra fee for the urgent booking less then 24 hours before the flight arrival;
  3. If the customer didn’t arrive/depart without cancellation his booking or used the general hall (not VIP hall) – the booking should be paid 100%
