Empire of Tourism company proposes to clients transfers to all Moscow airports (Sheremetyevo, Sheremetyevo-2, Vnukovo, Domodedovo) from any city address. We will organize the meeting at the airport and transfer to the address specify by the client.

We’ll be glad to provide as well all complex of transportation services for your special event or excursion program.

Transfer service is considered as car or minivan rental with a driver booked beforehand to travel on specified itinerary. Usual we provided airport transfer shuttles (from airport or railway station to the hotel or backward transfer). This service will be useful if you need to meet or see off your client, business partner or relatives at the airport or railway station.

Empire of Tourism will transfer employees of your company to exhibition, seminar, conference or any important corporate or festive event on comfortable minivans or coach buses.

You can book your transfer 24 hours a day by phone +7 (495) 643-39-20. Our operators will reserve most appropriate vehicle corresponding with your needs and wishes, will propose you better itinerary option in order to avoid traffic jam and time loss and will confirm all details of transfer.

We propose you comfortable transfer from/to the airport or railway station on following conditions:

• 1 hour waiting period at the airport (after landing) or railway station (after train’s arrival) is included, after that period 1 hour rental price will be applied for each extra hour of waiting;
• Unlimited waiting period in case of flight or train delay (our monitoring service will follow up the schedule changing 24 hours a day);
• Parking fees in airports and railway stations are paid by the client on actual basis. Parking check will be provided to the client by the driver.
• The driver will help you to put your luggage into the car, to take it out on arrival and give you a receipt confirming the payment and provided services.
• Our monitoring service work 24 hours a day and keep in touch by cell phones with our drivers. If you book your car transfer minimum 24 hours before the arrival we will send you the driver’s cell phone number to avoid any problems with meeting on arrival.
• All prices are fixed and shall not be subject to variation.
• Our car park consists of different vehicles suited every demand from coach buses and minivans to cars from economy class to business and luxury class.

TRANSFER PRICE INCLUDES:

• Meeting arrangements at the airport or railway station specified by the client;
• Waiting period: 15 minutes at the address specified by the client in Moscow (in the hotel), 1 hours at the airport or railway station after flight or train arrival;
• Unlimited waiting time at the airport or railway station in case of flight or train delay (our monitoring service will follow up the schedule changing and all flights delays 24 hours a day).
• Additional fee is applicable for following:
• Paid parking at the airport or railway station.
• Additional waiting time over included 15 minutes at the client’s address and over 1 hour at the airport or railway station is paid on the hourly basis of car rental for each hour of waiting;
• Transfer outside Moscow Ring Road (MKAD): each 30 km = 1 hour auto rent or order for additional address inside Moscow (Moscow Ring Road) + rental hourly fee added to the transfer price.
